Year 5 & 6 Football tournament success

Today, a selected group of Year 5 and Year 6 learners took part in their very first football tournament, proudly representing Nightingale Community Academy. They were placed in a challenging group alongside schools from across the Wandsworth Borough. The team started strong with an impressive win in their opening match, and although they narrowly missed out on topping their group, they played with determination throughout.

Across the entire tournament, every learner demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, kindness, and respect – both towards their teammates and their opponents. We are incredibly proud of their effort, teamwork, and positive attitude.
