Music Therapy

Music therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses the naturally mood-lifting properties of music to help children and young people improve their mental health and overall well-being, including alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety. The child is offered the opportunity to communicate and express themselves through sound and play.
