Jamie’s Farm Residential – Oak Class Update

Day 1
Oak Class have arrived safely at Jamie’s Farm in Hereford and have had an action-packed first day! After a long journey by coach, the children were given a tour of the farm before heading straight out on a countryside walk. A determined group made it all the way to the top of the hill, where they were amazed by the stunning views stretching out before them.

Day 2
We started the morning with a delicious cooked breakfast, prepared by Alan and Zachary – it was a big hit! The children then got stuck into their farm jobs for the day, including collecting eggs, feeding the animals, and even chopping wood with an axe (under close supervision). In the afternoon, the whole group worked brilliantly as a team to move 100 sheep to a new field. They listened carefully to instructions, communicated well with each other, and managed to guide every sheep safely across.
