Jamie’s Farm Residential – Day 3 update

Day 3
After a great night’s sleep, everyone woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. The morning began with farm jobs – feeding the cows and pigs, checking in on the horses, and making pancakes for all the young people and staff (which went down very well!).

Later in the day, the children took on the important task of chopping wood with an axe to fuel the farm’s biomass boiler – this heats up their evening showers, so their hard work definitely paid off!

In the afternoon, we headed out on a final hike and were treated to some truly beautiful scenery. We even spotted a group of wild horses, which was a real highlight.

Our last evening ended with a cosy bonfire, where we reflected on the week and shared our favourite moments. The children are excited to return home tomorrow and can’t wait to tell you all about their adventures!
