INCLUDE Magazine

We are delighted to share this year’s INCLUDE magazine with you.

INCLUDE is OHC&AT’S annual stakeholder publication and inside you will find a review of the last year celebrating the achievements of pupils, students and staff as well as specialist educational articles written by our senior leaders and practitioners from our schools and college.

This is the first year we have sent out INCLUDE digitally in line with our sustainability strategy to be greener and cost effective.

I hope you enjoy reading our latest issue and I would particularly like to signpost you to pages 14/45 & 66 where Nightingale Community Academy is featured as well as a feature article about Tom’s Farm at NCA on pages 57-61.

The principal and leadership team, well supported by the Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust, have provided strong leadership, which has had a positive impact on the school’s effectiveness. As a result, there have been improvements in all areas, most noticeably in pupils’ behaviour and attitudes, the curriculum and in the wider opportunities for pupils.
