Celebrating amazing work this February

We were delighted to welcome parents, carers and family members in for a special celebration to mark the halfway point in the academic year. Pupils have been working hard and making great progress and we wanted to celebrate their achievements with a special prize giving events.

Our guests joined our Primary learners at lunchtime and enjoyed refreshments before the prize giving. Sarah Brooks, the new Principal, welcomed guests to the celebration and thanked parents and carers for their support.

Pupils were presented with certificates that recognised the hard work and progress they had made so far in the year. There were also special medals for pupils who had high attendance and had achieved the 95% target.

Next up were our Secondary pupils and their families and supporters. The were also invited into school for refreshments before the Secondary prize giving. Pupils were recognised by their subject teachers for progress made. A huge number of certificates were presented to pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4 and it was great to see everyone cheering on their friends. Secondary pupils were also recognised for attendance and congratulated on their efforts so far this year by Deputy Principal, Richard Pemberton.

Well done everyone for all your hard work. Keep it up!
