Becoming a Governor
Nightingale Community Academy is looking for local governors to help support our school. Local governors are volunteers who help schools like ours achieve the highest possible standards by bringing their expertise and experience. They come from all walks of life and bring a range of skills and persectives to the role.
In particular we seek to achieve a balanced board of local governors that reflects the school community. A balanced board thrives on the varied strengths of its members. It is a symbolic reminder of the value of balance of ethnicity, gender, and skill sets. By embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity, we can build stronger more resilient communities and schools that thrive because of the varied strengths of their members.
If you care about education and are able to commit some time to working with our school, please get in touch.
