Animator in the making!

Omarie, a pupil from key stage 3 wants to be an animator when he leaves school. He is very creative and spends a lot of his time creating character profiles and settings.

During an art and design lesson, he made a t shirt to support the in-house animation Vincent the Reptile.

When asked about his love for animation, he said “My name is Omarie  and I am the master mind of VTR (Vincent the Reptile). He is the protagonist of my future animated series. It will be creative, colourful and a comedy. I hope it airs on Netflix. I created a t-shirt as a prototype merchandise just in case the show gets popular.

Below are some drawings of the characters from Vincent The Reptile:

The principal and leadership team, well supported by the Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust, have provided strong leadership, which has had a positive impact on the school’s effectiveness. As a result, there have been improvements in all areas, most noticeably in pupils’ behaviour and attitudes, the curriculum and in the wider opportunities for pupils.
