    We are committed to working closely with parents and carers and as part of our preparations for a range of school closures, should the need arise, we would appreciate you taking the time to complete this form.

    If you have more than one child within the school, we politely request that you complete this form once per child.

    The principal and leadership team, well supported by the Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust, have provided strong leadership, which has had a positive impact on the school’s effectiveness.
